Privacy

How JobWorks and its agencies use your personal data, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we keep

For each application: your name, mobile number, date of birth, address, the identity number the service needs (for example Aadhaar or PAN; we show only its last 4 digits on screens) and copies of the documents you give. For agencies: business and contact details, payments and wallet records.

Why

Only to make the application you asked for (for example a PAN card or a food licence), to tell you and your agency how it is going, and to keep the records the law asks for (payments, invoices).

Who sees it

The agency that applied for you, the JobWorks staff who process it, and the government office that decides on it. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.

Agencies: location at sign-in

When an agency signs in to the portal and allows it, we record where it signs in from (position and accuracy, device and internet address) to confirm that it works from its authorised place, within 20 km of its registered address. Only the JobWorks CEO sees these records, and they are deleted after 6 months. An agency can refuse; the portal works the same.

How long

Uploaded documents are removed from the portal when the application is completed. Application and payment records are kept as long as the law requires for accounts and tax. Applications left unfinished are closed on 31 December after 6 months.

Your consent and your rights

Your agency asks for your consent before entering your details. You may ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or its deletion where the law allows; we answer within 30 days. Questions: support@jobnworks.com or 8888 457 953.
